HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!
Love it, hate it or leave it, today we're painting the town pink...and red.
According to Kelly Wearstler, you should look to the colors in your closet when choosing colors to redesign your home. I wear lots of pink and I even love pink and red together, but unless you count the occasional flowers, you won't find any of it in my home. So in honor of Valentine's Day we're exploring the colors of love.
Red with Envy
Miles Redd's Pink and Red Room: bold and eclectic. I love the zebra print doors! Chinoiserie has never looked so chic. |
Looking to spice things up in the bedroom? A touch of red goes a long way and adds a little allure to an otherwise neutral palette. |
Pretty in Pink
There is nothing more chic than pale pink and grey. Masculine and Feminine unite in this color combination and these rooms showcase how modernity and elegance create a very balanced beauty. |
For a more retro look, try a bolder pink with black and white accents, instead of grey.
Flirting with Fuchsia
Pink, purple, red and orange? No, it's not Kindergarden, it's Kelly...Wearstler that is. Mixing colors and keeping it modern and ultra glam, I can't help but fall in love this room.
Looking for Love? Look no further...
These seductive finds will help lure lots of love into your home!
Kelly Wearstler Olivia Chair. Like most sweet little things, she's not cheap but she sure is pretty. |
Pucker up for this "Big Kiss," Kelly Wearstler or |
Lip Service indeed, Andy Warhol
Wear your heart on your wall with this Helena Eastman painting or Beguile guests with these bold Madeline Weinrib rugs. |
Place your Love Potion #9 on this sexy side table by Oomph. |
Foot Fetish? Admire your tootsies on this perfect pouf. |
Serve up coquettish cocktails on these pink and red IOMOI lacquer trays and glass coasters.
Two Peas in a Pod? Chew on these bubblegum pink 1st Dibs chairs. |
Take it to the bedroom with these ABChome pillows. |
Better in the Buff!
